Bala is co-founder and managing partner of FutureXeed, based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

He is passionate about Leadership and Systemic coaching, facilitating leaders and teams to co-create awesome work cultures and collaborative intelligence and enabling positive organizational transformations. He comes with many years of corporate experience as International HR Director and other senior HR Leadership roles in high-tech, telecommunications and other industries in Europe and Asia.

He is a certified consultant, coach and facilitator in Organizational Values and Culture Transformation, Leadership Team facilitator, Trainer in ICAgile HR, ICAgile Leadership and Agile People Coach and Facilitates Digital Transformation & DevOps simulations. He is a certified SAFe DevOps practitioner and co-author of the Agile People Manifesto. He is pursuing his Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) accredited by International Coaching Federation (ICF) and on his way to becoming a Senior Practitioner with European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
